Payments
We accept Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, & Discover Card in addition to PayPal, a secure and free payment service. Money Orders and Certified Checks are also welcome. You may also email orders to info@laurajamesjewelry.com. Please note that your order will be processed after payment has been cleared, thus the fastest option is via Credit Card or Paypal.
Shipping
We proudly ship to the United States and Internationally. Each piece of Laura James Jewelry is an original design that is custom made thus lead times to create pieces will vary. Most pieces will ship out to destinations in the U.S. via USPS Ground or Priority within 3-5 working days or less of confirmation of payment unless otherwise indicated. If you need expedited processing and shipping please let us know when you place your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
International shipping currently takes 6-10 days. For shipping to the UK the current price is $15 and for shipping to Canada & Mexico the rate is $13.
Returns
Laura James Jewelry will accept returns within 7days of sale/shipping for the price of the item. Any returns after this date will be for E-store credit. Some items may only be returnable for E-Store credit and thus will be indicated in item description. If you do not reside in the US, please email us for our International Return Policy.
If you wish to return an item, please send an e-mail to info@laurajamesjewelry.com so that we may expect your return and provide you with the return address. Please pack the item carefully in its original packaging materials so that it arrives to us undamaged. We cannot accept for return an item that arrives to us from you damaged in transit. For your protection, please send all returns via a track-able carrier. Laura James Jewelry is not responsible for items lost in shipping for repair, so all items being returned must be insured by shipper.
Repairs
If your jewelry is in need of repair, please contact us at info@laurajamesjewelry.com to obtain a Repair Authorization Number. Charges may apply and you will be notified once the jewelry is assessed and prior to beginning repair. For your protection, please be sure to pack the item(s) carefully and via a track-able carrier.
Taxes
North Carolina residents are subject to a 7.25% tax on their purchase including shipping.
Please note that every effort is made to describe our jewelry as accurately as possible. All items are digitally photographed.
